The Brief
Here is the story of Regeneration Medical, who is getting over 130 leads through XYZ's done for you Marketing System.
A year ago Cody (the Owner of Regeneration Medical) hated marketing, understandably so, he had spent multiple $10,000 on marketing without any result, without even being able to tell if it worked or not. He asked us at XYZ Marketing to take a look at everything and see what's happening. We did a Break Even Point Analysis for him and ran him through our simulations to see what needed to be done in order for him to get marketing to work.
Well, we found out that it wasn’t his fault that the marketing wasn’t working, he was just trusting in companies that had promised him results, but were not able to deliver on those results. (It’s pretty common, a medical facility has a lot of red tape in the marketing world and not a lot of marketing agencies have figured out how to navigate around that) They were also using marketing methods that didn't hit their Customer Avatar.

So they went ahead and signed on. A few days later we had the on-boarding meeting after which we implemented our system. We got started with the graphics: Website Design, Ad Graphics, Lead Magnet and other smaller graphic materials. Once those were approved we moved to the behind the scenes system, setting up their XYZ Mission Control for them and configuring multiple automation's (such as the Missed Call Text Back Bot), once those were all done we worked on the ad development and launched Meta and Google ads as soon as they got approved.
Within 5 days of on-boarding they had their first leads calling through our tracking system. From that day on they have received daily phone calls through our marketing system.
Once the quick wins were done we started working on the rest of the lead generation methods, such as Search Engine Optimization, which had quite a bit of mess in it from the previous marketing agency. With over 400 back-links coming from the Play Station 4 Forum. We cleaned it all up and started launching new Blog Posts, new pages and actively worked on getting high quality back-links, we topped that with Blog Post Videos.
Just to name one more method as an example we launched a SMS campaign for Regeneration through the XYZ Mission Control. None of us were prepared for the success this SMS campaign would have. We launched the campaign at 9am in the morning, within only 4 hours we had over 70 phone calls and over 40 SMS messages of people reaching out wanting to book services with Regeneration Medical.
